Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Christ Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by syswisdom.ai LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Christ Planner is a church ministry planning platform designed to help congregations organize sermon preparation, worship planning, task assignments, and team collaboration. The Service includes AI-assisted planning features ("Etta") powered by Google Gemini.

3. Accounts and Registration

Access to the Service requires authentication via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each church organization ("Church") on the platform is managed by an owner. Church owners are responsible for managing member access, roles, and invitations within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated herein.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of syswisdom.ai LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Content you create within the Service (sermon plans, notes, task descriptions) remains your property. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Etta AI planning assistant generates suggestions based on your inputs. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only and does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use in ministry contexts.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at syswisdom.ai/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYSWISDOM.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
